Requirements for Abstract Submission

Requirements: Original works are accepted, as well as works that have been presented in the past year at other scientific meetings.

Abstract Format:
- Language: Spanish
- Text as a Word document
- Page setup: top and bottom margins 2.5 cm; right margin 2 cm; left margin 4 cm
- Font: ARIAL, size 12, line spacing 1.5
- Title in bold
- Authors listed with their respective affiliations
- Presenting author underlined, with contact email
- Maximum length: two pages with the specified format (approximately 4,000 characters)
- Abstract organized into sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, and Discussion
- Tables and/or figures may be included, provided the total length does not exceed two pages
Presentation Format:
You can select the presentation format when submitting your abstract:
- ORAL: Oral presentations will last 10 minutes + 2 minutes for questions to promote discussion and exchange in a workshop format.
- POSTERS: Poster presentations will be reviewed by a panel of evaluators.
